Consultation,
consent, course,
follow-up.

Aesthetics has a longer path to treatment than beauty: consultation, cooling-off, consent, treatment, review. The scheduling has to respect that sequence, and the paperwork has to exist when you need it.

Live within the week

Services, durations, prices and staff loaded in — usually an afternoon's work. You take bookings the same week.

Keep your diary and your clients

Coming off Fresha, Treatwell or paper? We migrate the client list and forward bookings so nothing drops.

Your rules, enforced automatically

Deposits, cancellation windows and no-show fees set the way you want — so the system has the awkward conversation, not you.

What it does

Clinical pathway,
commercial reality.

Consultation before treatment

Book consultations as their own service, with treatment only bookable afterwards. The pathway is enforced by the diary.

Intake and consent forms

Sent ahead, completed digitally, stored against the client record. Available when you need them rather than in a filing cabinet.

Courses and review appointments

Sell a course of treatments, track sessions used, and schedule reviews at the right interval automatically.

Deposits and staged payment

Deposits at booking and staged payment across a course, with the card on file so nothing needs chasing.

Practitioner-specific diaries

Prescribers, nurses and therapists each with their own bookable services and permissions — so only qualified people take qualifying bookings.

Records held properly

Client history, notes and consent in one place, with permission control over who in the team can see what.

A day on the floor

First enquiry
to review
appointment.

The commercial risk in aesthetics is a diary that lets someone book a treatment they haven’t been assessed for.

01

Enquiry — consultation first

Treatment isn't bookable cold. The client books a consultation, which is the correct and defensible starting point.

02

Assessment — forms already done

Medical history and consent completed in advance and attached to the record, so clinic time is spent on the assessment itself.

03

Treatment — booked to the right practitioner

Only practitioners qualified for that service appear as bookable, and the deposit is already taken.

04

Review — scheduled automatically

Follow-up booked at the correct interval and reminded automatically, which is both good practice and good retention.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can I stop clients booking treatments without a consultation?

Yes — make treatments bookable only through your team, with consultations as the public-facing service. The diary enforces the pathway rather than relying on reception.

Does it handle medical consent forms?

You can send digital intake and consent forms before the appointment and store them against the client record. You remain responsible for the clinical content and for meeting your regulator's requirements — the system handles collection and storage, not compliance advice.

Can I sell a course of six treatments?

Yes, with sessions tracked as they're used and the balance visible at reception, so nobody loses count.

Is client data held securely?

Square is PCI-compliant for payments and holds client data on its platform. For clinical record-keeping you should check the arrangement against your own regulatory obligations — we'll be straight with you about where the boundary sits.

Next step

Let's look at your
diary together.

A free, no-obligation review of how you book, take payment and chase no-shows. We’ll tell you what we’d change — even if that turns out to be nothing.
