Walk-ins and
bookings, on
the same board.

Nail bars run on volume and turnaround. Appointments and walk-ins compete for the same chairs all day, and the salons that do well are the ones where the board is honest about what’s actually free.

Live within the week

Services, durations, prices and staff loaded in — usually an afternoon's work. You take bookings the same week.

Keep your diary and your clients

Coming off Fresha, Treatwell or paper? We migrate the client list and forward bookings so nothing drops.

Your rules, enforced automatically

Deposits, cancellation windows and no-show fees set the way you want — so the system has the awkward conversation, not you.

What it does

Short services.
Tight turnaround.

Walk-ins slotted honestly

See real availability across every technician at a glance, so you can quote a genuine wait instead of an optimistic one.

A column per technician

Each tech has their own diary and their own regulars, with clients able to book their preferred person by name.

Services timed accurately

A gel infill isn't a full set with extensions. Accurate durations mean the day doesn't slide by forty minutes come four o'clock.

Deposits on the long ones

Two-hour sets get a deposit at booking. No-shows on your most valuable slots stop being free.

Loyalty for the four-weekly client

Nail clients rebook on a cycle. Reward it automatically and the cycle tightens.

Fast checkout and tips

Card, tip and retail in one transaction, assigned to the right technician for commission.

A day on the floor

A chair that's
never empty.

Nail salons make money on utilisation. Empty chairs at 2pm are the whole problem.

01

Booked or walked in

Online bookings fill the diary in advance, walk-ins slot into the genuine gaps. Both on the same board, no double-booking.

02

Seated — the tech knows the history

Last shape, last colour, any allergies. Repeat clients don't start from scratch every visit.

03

Turnaround — the diary keeps pace

Accurate service durations mean the 3pm actually starts at 3pm and the day doesn't collapse by evening.

04

Checkout — paid, tipped, rebooked

One transaction with the tip going to the right technician, and the four-week rebook prompted on screen.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can I take walk-ins as well as bookings?

Yes. The diary shows real availability across technicians, so front desk can add a walk-in into a genuine gap rather than hoping.

Can clients book a specific technician?

Yes — each technician has their own bookable calendar, and regulars can book their preferred person directly.

How do tips get split between technicians?

Tips are prompted at payment and assigned to whoever performed the service, then reported per person for payroll.

Can I take a deposit for longer sets?

Yes, on Plus and above. Sensible on anything over an hour, and it noticeably reduces no-shows on your highest-value slots.
