Can it stop double-booking the same treatment room?
Yes — rooms are resources that get checked alongside the therapist, so a booking only goes through if both are genuinely free.
Can I sell packages and gift vouchers?
Yes. Packages price a sequence of treatments together, and gift cards are sold and redeemed through the same system with proper tracking.
Can clients complete consultation forms before arriving?
You can send intake forms ahead of the appointment so the therapist has the notes before the client arrives, rather than filling in paperwork on the couch.
Does it handle multiple therapists on one booking?
Yes — a package can span several therapists and rooms in sequence while remaining a single booking and a single payment.
