Deposits that
actually protect
the day.

A full-day tattoo slot lost to a no-show is a day’s income gone. Deposits taken at booking, consent handled before they arrive, and multi-session pieces tracked across months rather than in an artist’s head.

Live within the week

Services, durations, prices and staff loaded in — usually an afternoon's work. You take bookings the same week.

Keep your diary and your clients

Coming off Fresha, Treatwell or paper? We migrate the client list and forward bookings so nothing drops.

Your rules, enforced automatically

Deposits, cancellation windows and no-show fees set the way you want — so the system has the awkward conversation, not you.

What it does

Protect the chair.
Keep the artistry.

Non-refundable design deposits

Taken at booking to cover the drawing time and hold the slot. The client agrees the terms when they book, so it isn't a conversation later.

A diary per artist

Each artist manages their own availability, style, rates and clients, whether they're employed or renting a station.

Multi-session pieces

Large work booked as a series with sessions tracked, so a sleeve running over eight months doesn't get lost between artists.

Consent and aftercare

Consent forms completed digitally before the appointment and stored against the client. Aftercare sent automatically afterwards.

Day rates and half days

Book by session length rather than by service, which is how tattoo work is actually sold.

Paid on the day

Balance taken by card at the studio with the deposit already deducted. Tips prompted and attributed to the artist.

A day on the floor

Consultation
to healed.

Studios lose money in two places: no-shows on long slots, and admin between artists.

01

Enquiry — consultation booked

The client books a consultation, brings references, and the artist scopes the work and the time properly before anything is committed.

02

Deposit — the slot is real

Non-refundable deposit paid at booking against agreed terms. The full day is now protected and the drawing time is covered.

03

Session — consent already signed

Forms done in advance, aftercare ready to send. Studio time goes on the work, not the paperwork.

04

Next session — already in the diary

Multi-session work booked forward with the piece's history attached, so any artist picking it up has the context.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can I take a non-refundable deposit?

Yes. You set the amount and the terms, and the client agrees at the point of booking. Make sure your terms are clear and fair — consumer law still applies, and we'd rather you had that in writing properly.

Does each artist get their own diary and rates?

Yes, with their own availability, services and pricing. Works for both employed artists and station renters.

Can I book a piece across several sessions?

Yes — sessions are tracked against the same piece with notes and history, so long-running work stays coherent.

Can clients sign consent forms before they arrive?

Yes, sent digitally ahead of the appointment and stored against their record. You stay responsible for the content meeting your local authority's requirements.
