Walk-in queue,
handled without
a clipboard.

Barbering is a volume game with a fifteen-minute clock. Most shops are half walk-in, half booked, and the awkward bit is running both at once without anyone feeling they’ve been jumped.

Live within the week

Services, durations, prices and staff loaded in — usually an afternoon's work. You take bookings the same week.

Keep your diary and your clients

Coming off Fresha, Treatwell or paper? We migrate the client list and forward bookings so nothing drops.

Your rules, enforced automatically

Deposits, cancellation windows and no-show fees set the way you want — so the system has the awkward conversation, not you.

What it does

Fast chairs.
Fair queue.

A queue people can see

Walk-ins added to a visible list with a realistic wait. Fewer people leaving because nobody could tell them how long.

Booked and walk-in together

Appointments hold their slot, walk-ins fill the rest. The board reflects what's actually happening in the room.

Fifteen-minute turnarounds

Service durations set tight and honest, so a full Saturday runs to time instead of drifting an hour behind by two o'clock.

Chair rent or commission

Self-employed barbers get their own calendar, their own takings and their own client list. Rent or split, both work.

Checkout in seconds

Contactless, tip prompt, done. Nobody's holding up the chair to settle up.

Every-four-weeks regulars

Loyalty and rebooking prompts turn an occasional customer into a diarised one.

A day on the floor

Saturday,
fully booked.

A barbershop’s Saturday is most of its week. It either runs to time or it doesn’t.

01

Walk in — told a real wait

Added to the queue with an honest estimate. People will wait forty minutes if you tell them forty; they leave if you say ten and mean forty.

02

In the chair — history on file

Number two back and sides, skin fade, beard trim — whatever it was last time is on the record.

03

Next up — nobody jumped

The queue and the bookings share one board, so the order is defensible when someone questions it.

04

Paid — and back in four weeks

Contactless, tip, rebook prompt. The whole transaction takes less time than finding change used to.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Does it work for walk-in-only shops?

Yes. You can run purely as a queue with no online booking at all, or open up bookings for the slots you want to protect.

How does chair rent work?

Each barber gets their own calendar and takings, so rent or a commission split can be reconciled from real numbers rather than an honesty system.

Is it worth it for a two-chair shop?

Often yes on the Starter plan — no monthly fee, a rate quoted for you, and the booking site and client records for nothing. The paid tiers only make sense once no-shows or staff numbers justify them.

Can customers book online but I still take walk-ins?

Yes, and that's the usual setup. You decide how much of the day is bookable and keep the rest open for walk-in trade.

diary together.
