Shorter queue.
Bigger average
order.

When the lunch rush lands you have about ninety seconds per customer before the queue starts costing you sales. Kiosks, fast checkout and kitchen screens are how you buy that time back without hiring another pair of hands.

Set up properly, once

We load your products, prices and staff before the kit lands, so day one is trading — not configuring.

Switch without the gap

Moving from another provider? We check your notice period, migrate your data and time the change so you're never unable to take money.

A local number that answers

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Same person who installed it, when something goes wrong on a Saturday.

What it does

Absorb the rush
without adding staff.

Kiosks that pay for themselves

Customers order themselves at peak. Queues shorten, staff go back to making food, and average order value tends to rise because nobody's embarrassed to add extras.

Checkout in seconds

Favourites, combos and modifiers a tap away. The till stops being the bottleneck between the customer and their lunch.

Kitchen display keeps pace

Orders sequence automatically with prep times, so items finish together rather than a cold side waiting on a hot main.

Order ahead for collection

Your own ordering page at your own prices. Regulars order from the office and collect without joining the queue at all.

Loyalty that drives the habit

The nine-o'clock regular becomes a five-days-a-week regular. Rewards tracked automatically at the till, no cards to lose.

See your peak by the quarter hour

Sales by fifteen-minute block, so you roster to the actual rush instead of to a feeling about it.

A day in service

Ninety seconds
per customer.

Quick service lives or dies on throughput. Every second at the till is a second not making food.

01

Pre-rush — set up once

Menu, specials and sold-out items pushed to every till and kiosk simultaneously. No walking round updating screens at 11:45.

02

Peak — the kiosk takes the strain

Half the queue serves itself while your staff work the counter and the pass. Same headcount, materially more throughput.

03

Kitchen — sequenced, not stacked

Screen orders by prep time so everything lands together. Fewer remakes, fewer complaints, less waste.

04

After — where the money went

Sales by item and by quarter hour. You find out that Tuesday needs one fewer person and Friday needs one more.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Do kiosks actually increase spend?

In our experience yes — the upsell prompt is consistent and nobody feels judged adding a side. We won't promise you a number, but we'll happily show you your own before-and-after once it's in.

How much space does a kiosk need?

Square Kiosk is iPad-driven and mounts on a counter or floor stand, so it fits into most layouts without building work. At a one-off cost we quote the hardware cost is low enough to trial one before committing.

Can I run different prices for delivery and in-store?

Yes — separate price lists per channel, so third-party delivery commission doesn't quietly eat your margin at the same shelf price.

Will it work with my existing kitchen printer?

Usually. Square supports standard kitchen and receipt printers, and we check yours before quoting rather than after installing.
