Food & drink · Delivery-only

Four brands.
One kitchen.
One screen.

Running several delivery brands out of one kitchen falls apart at the tablet stage — four platforms, four screens, four sets of numbers. Aggregating them is the whole job.

Set up properly, once

We load your products, prices and staff before the kit lands, so day one is trading — not configuring.

Switch without the gap

Moving from another provider? We check your notice period, migrate your data and time the change so you're never unable to take money.

A local number that answers

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Same person who installed it, when something goes wrong on a Saturday.

What it does

Stop running
a tablet farm.

Every platform, one display

Orders from all your delivery partners land on the same kitchen screen in one queue. No re-keying, no missed tablet, no chaos at eight o'clock.

Brands kept separate

Each brand keeps its own menu, pricing and identity while sharing one kitchen and one prep line.

P&L per brand

See which brand actually makes money once commission and food cost are in. Kill the ones that don't rather than carrying them.

Direct ordering, better margin

Your own ordering site per brand, commission-free, alongside the marketplaces. Every direct order is materially better business.

Shared stock, separate menus

One inventory across brands, so you know what's actually running out regardless of which menu sold it.

Prep times that hold

Quote realistically per brand and push times back automatically when the kitchen is under water.

A day in service

Peak, across
four menus.

Delivery-only is a throughput business. The constraint is almost never the cooking.

01

Orders land — from everywhere

Every platform funnels into one queue, sequenced by collection time rather than by which tablet happened to buzz.

02

Kitchen — one line, several brands

Shared prep, brand-specific packing. The line works to one queue instead of four competing ones.

03

Handover — right bag, right driver

Order number, brand and platform on the label. Drivers collect without a conversation.

04

After — which brand actually pays

Revenue, commission and food cost per brand. The numbers usually surprise people, which is the point.

Pricing

Priced per site,
not per headache.

No joining fee, no monthly minimum and no early-exit penalty. Quiet month? You pay less, because you took less.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can it aggregate all the major delivery platforms?

Square integrates with the main UK delivery partners so orders reach one screen. Which specific platforms depends on current integrations — we'll confirm against the ones you actually use before you commit.

Can I run separate menus and prices per brand?

Yes. Each brand has its own menu, pricing and ordering site, while sharing the kitchen, stock and back office.

How do I know which brand is profitable?

Reporting splits revenue by brand and channel, so once you add commission and food cost you get a real per-brand picture rather than one blended number.

Is direct ordering worth setting up?

Almost always. You keep the commission and you keep the customer data. It won't replace marketplace reach, but every order you shift across is margin you weren't getting.
