Front of house
and the pass,
finally in step.

Table plans that mirror your actual room, course timing the kitchen can see, and bills that split without a maths debate at the table. Built for rooms where people sit down, order in stages and expect the pace to be right.

Set up properly, once

We load your products, prices and staff before the kit lands, so day one is trading — not configuring.

Switch without the gap

Moving from another provider? We check your notice period, migrate your data and time the change so you're never unable to take money.

A local number that answers

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Same person who installed it, when something goes wrong on a Saturday.

What it does

Service that reads
the room.

Your floor plan, not a grid

Lay out booths, banquettes, the bar and the terrace as they actually are. Any server can see who's seated, what stage they're at and which table is waiting.

Course timing the kitchen trusts

Fire starters, hold mains, send desserts when the table's ready. The pass sees the timing rather than guessing from ticket order.

Order at the table

Handhelds cut the walk back to the terminal. More covers per server, fewer transcription mistakes, and drinks arriving before the starters.

Split bills without the standoff

By item, by cover or evenly — including separate cards on the same table. Nobody hovers by the door doing arithmetic.

Kitchen display, not dockets

Orders land on screen with timings and modifiers. No lost tickets, no printer jams at eight o'clock on a Saturday.

Margin per dish, not just per night

Recipe costing against live sales mix shows which dishes actually carry the menu and which just occupy a section of it.

A day in service

A full room,
start to finish.

The difference between a good service and a bad one is usually information moving fast enough.

01

Seated — the table is live

Party size, server and start time logged on the plan. Anyone walking past the terminal knows exactly where that table is in its meal.

02

Ordered — the kitchen already knows

Starters fire, mains hold. Allergies and modifiers ride with the ticket so the pass isn't relying on someone remembering to shout it.

03

Mains away — timing holds

The kitchen sees how long that table has been waiting between courses, so pace stays deliberate instead of accidental.

04

Paid — split, tipped, gone

Card taken at the table, bill split however they like, tip prompted and assigned. The table turns faster without anyone feeling rushed.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can it cope with a 120-cover room on a Saturday?

Yes, and it keeps taking payment if the broadband drops — Square processes offline and syncs when the connection returns. Worth knowing in old buildings with thick walls.

How do allergies and modifiers work?

They attach to the item and travel to the kitchen screen with the ticket, in a way the pass can't miss. You can make specific modifiers mandatory so a server can't send a dish without answering.

Does it handle service charge and tronc?

Service charge can apply automatically by party size, and tips can be pooled or assigned per server with per-person reporting for payroll.

Can I run a bar and a restaurant on one system?

Yes — separate revenue centres, one back office. You can compare them, staff them and report on them separately while cashing up once.
