Deliver on
your terms,
not theirs.

If you run your own drivers, marketplace commission is money you’re paying for a customer you already had. Your own delivery channel sits alongside the platforms and keeps both the margin and the relationship.

Set up properly, once

We load your products, prices and staff before the kit lands, so day one is trading — not configuring.

Switch without the gap

Moving from another provider? We check your notice period, migrate your data and time the change so you're never unable to take money.

A local number that answers

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Same person who installed it, when something goes wrong on a Saturday.

What it does

Commission-free,
where it counts.

Your own ordering channel

Branded site at your prices with no per-order cut. Regulars order direct once they know it exists — and they usually spend more.

Delivery zones and charges

Set radius, minimum spend and delivery fee by area, so you're not driving eleven miles for a low-value order.

Dispatch your own drivers

Assign orders, batch drops on the same route, and see what's out. Less phone-based coordination in the middle of service.

Times that reflect the kitchen

Quoted times move with the queue automatically, so you're not promising 30 minutes when the kitchen is 55 deep.

Direct against marketplace

See exactly what each channel earns after commission. Most operators find the gap larger than they assumed.

Own the customer

Order history and marketing stay yours, so you can bring people back rather than renting them by the order.

A day in service

Order to
doorstep.

Every order that comes through your own channel instead of a marketplace is straight margin.

01

Ordered — direct or platform

Both land in one place. Your own channel costs you nothing per order; the marketplace costs what it costs, and now you can see it.

02

Kitchen — sequenced properly

Delivery and collection orders prioritised by promised time rather than by arrival order.

03

Dispatched — batched sensibly

Drops on the same route batched together. Fewer miles, faster deliveries, colder chips less often.

04

After — the honest comparison

Direct versus platform, in pounds, after commission. It usually makes the case for pushing direct on its own.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can I run my own delivery and the platforms together?

Yes, and most operators should. Platforms bring discovery; your own channel brings margin. Both land on the same kitchen screen.

How do I get customers to order direct?

Flyers in platform orders, a QR code on the bag, your Google listing and social profiles. The customers are already yours — they just default to the app they know.

Can I set a minimum order and delivery fee?

Yes, by zone. You can set different minimums and charges by distance so longer runs aren't loss-making.

Do I need my own drivers?

Not necessarily — some operators run direct ordering with a third-party courier for the drop. We'll talk through what makes sense for your area and volume.
