Oat flat white,
extra shot,
eight seconds.

Coffee is a habit business. You win on speed at 8:30am and on whether the regular feels recognised — and lose on a till that takes four taps to add oat milk.

Set up properly, once

We load your products, prices and staff before the kit lands, so day one is trading — not configuring.

Switch without the gap

Moving from another provider? We check your notice period, migrate your data and time the change so you're never unable to take money.

A local number that answers

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Same person who installed it, when something goes wrong on a Saturday.

What it does

Fast at eight-thirty.
Personal by nine.

Modifiers that don't slow you down

Milk, shots, syrups and sizes one tap from the drink. The queue keeps moving even when everyone's order is bespoke.

Loyalty without the stamp card

Rewards tracked on the customer's number or card. Nobody loses it, nobody forges it, and you see who your regulars actually are.

Order ahead for the commute

Regulars order from the bus and collect. You capture the sale even when the queue would have put them off.

A Terminal for the second till

Peak-hour overflow on a phone, no extra hardware. Useful for events, markets and pavement service in summer.

Stock without a spreadsheet

Beans, milk, cups and pastries tracked as you sell, with low-stock alerts before you run dry on a Saturday.

Know your real peak

Sales by quarter hour so you roster to the rush instead of to a hunch about the rush.

A day in service

The morning
rush, handled.

A coffee shop makes most of its money in about two hours. Everything should be built around them.

01

7:30 — open and ready

Prices, specials and pastry counts set. Every till and the order-ahead page agree before the first customer arrives.

02

8:30 — the queue that pays the rent

Modifiers a tap away, contactless in under a second, order-ahead customers collecting from the side. The queue never stops moving.

03

11:00 — the regulars

Loyalty recognised at the till without anyone rummaging for a card. Small thing that makes people come back.

04

Close — tomorrow's order

What sold, what didn't, what's low. Your supplier order is a five-minute job rather than a stock-take.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can it keep up at peak?

Yes. Contactless clears in about a second and the modifier layout is designed so common drinks are one or two taps. The bottleneck should be your grinder, not your till.

Does loyalty cost extra?

Square Loyalty is quotednth on top. Whether it's worth it depends on your regulars — we'll look at your customer mix honestly rather than just adding it to the quote.

Can I sell beans and merchandise too?

Yes, alongside drinks on the same till, with stock tracked. You can list them online from the same catalogue if you want to sell bags by post.

What if I do markets or events as well?

A Square Terminal covers you off-site, processes offline if signal is poor, and the sales come back into the same reporting.
