Quote, deliver,
and get paid
on time.

Professional services don’t have a till problem. They have a thirty-days-becomes-seventy-days problem. Invoices that chase themselves and clients who can pay by card fix more cashflow than any rate negotiation.

Live within the week

Services, durations, prices and staff loaded in — usually an afternoon's work. You take bookings the same week.

Keep your diary and your clients

Coming off Fresha, Treatwell or paper? We migrate the client list and forward bookings so nothing drops.

Your rules, enforced automatically

Deposits, cancellation windows and no-show fees set the way you want — so the system has the awkward conversation, not you.

What it does

The work was
the easy part.

Invoices that chase for you

Automatic reminders on overdue invoices, escalating on a schedule you set. Nobody has to write the awkward email.

Retainers billed automatically

Monthly retainers charged to a card on file on the same date every month, without an invoice being raised or chased.

Quotes that become invoices

Send an estimate, client accepts, it converts to an invoice. No retyping numbers and no version confusion.

Bookable consultations

Clients book from your real availability with reminders. Fewer diary emails, fewer missed calls.

Pay by card, not bank transfer

Clients pay from the invoice email by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. The easier it is, the sooner it happens.

A day on the job

Proposal to
cleared funds.

Every day an invoice sits unpaid is a day you funded someone else’s business.

01

Quote — sent and tracked

Estimate out the same day, and you can see when it's been opened. Follow-up stops being guesswork.

02

Accepted — deposit taken

Client accepts online and pays a deposit immediately. Work starts funded rather than on faith.

03

Delivered — invoiced instantly

Invoice raised from the quote with no retyping and sent the moment the work lands.

04

Paid — without a reminder from you

Automatic nudges do the chasing. Card payment means it clears in days, not at the end of next month.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can I bill a monthly retainer automatically?

Yes — card on file, charged on schedule, receipt sent automatically. It's the single biggest cashflow improvement for retainer-based businesses.

Do the payment fees make card payment worth it?

Usually, yes. A small per-transaction rate against getting paid three weeks sooner is normally a straightforward trade — but run your own numbers and we'll help.

Can clients still pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Square invoices accept BACS as well as card, so you're giving clients options rather than forcing one route.

Is it suitable for a regulated firm?

For payments and invoicing, generally yes. If you hold client money under a regulator's rules, that sits outside this and you should check your specific obligations — we won't pretend otherwise.
