One stock count.
Shop floor and
website agree.

Sell in store, online and at markets from the same catalogue, with inventory that updates itself as you go. No more selling something on the website you sold in the shop an hour ago.

Set up properly, once

We load your products, prices and staff before the kit lands, so day one is trading — not configuring.

Switch without the gap

Moving from another provider? We check your notice period, migrate your data and time the change so you're never unable to take money.

A local number that answers

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Same person who installed it, when something goes wrong on a Saturday.

What it does

Stock stops being
a guessing game.

Inventory that reconciles itself

Every sale, return and delivery adjusts stock automatically across every channel. Counts stop being a Sunday-night job.

Barcode in, barcode out

Scan to sell, scan to receive deliveries, scan to stock-take. Variants for size and colour handled properly rather than as separate products.

Website on the same catalogue

Your online store reads the same stock and prices. List once, sell everywhere, and offer click-and-collect without a second system.

Know what actually sells

Sell-through by product, category, supplier and season. Reorder on evidence instead of instinct — and spot dead stock before it ages.

Purchase orders & suppliers

Raise POs, track what's due in, and get low-stock alerts at the level you set — per variant, not just per product.

Turn browsers into regulars

Loyalty, gift cards and email marketing built off your real sales data, not a separate list you have to maintain.

Selling online and in store from one catalogue is the whole point.

Most retailers we meet are running a till and a website that disagree with each other. Fixing that usually recovers more margin than switching card rates ever will.

A day on the floor

From delivery
to doorstep.

The till is five seconds of the day. Everything around it is where the time goes.

01

Delivery in, scanned once

Receive against the purchase order, scan the box, and stock is live on the shop floor and the website simultaneously. No double entry.

02

On the floor — sell any variant

Size, colour and style handled as variants of one product, so the customer gets a straight answer on what's in stock without a trip to the stockroom.

03

Online — same stock, no oversells

A website sale drops the same stock count. Click-and-collect orders appear at the counter ready to pick.

04

Close — reconcile in minutes

Takings, card, cash and returns totalled. Sell-through and low stock flagged for tomorrow's reorder while it's still fresh.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Can it handle size and colour variants properly?

Yes — variants sit under one product with their own barcodes, stock counts and prices. That's the difference between Square for Retail and a basic till app.

Do I need a separate website?

No. Square's online store is included and reads your existing catalogue, so listing a product puts it in both places. If you already have a Shopify or WooCommerce site, that can be integrated instead.

Will it work at markets and pop-ups?

Yes. A Terminal or Reader runs on mobile data, processes offline if signal drops, and syncs the sales back to your main stock when you're home.

Can I do click-and-collect?

Yes — orders come through with a pick list, the customer gets notified when it's ready, and stock is held so it can't be sold twice.

What about returns and exchanges?

Handled at the till against the original receipt, with stock returned automatically and refunds back to the original card.
