Kit that keeps up
with a full
Saturday service.

Table plans, kitchen screens, online orders and card payments running off one system — so the pass, the bar and the till all agree with each other. We spec it around your covers and your menu, then train your team on it.

Set up properly, once

We load your products, prices and staff before the kit lands, so day one is trading — not configuring.

Switch without the gap

Moving from another provider? We check your notice period, migrate your data and time the change so you're never unable to take money.

A local number that answers

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Same person who installed it, when something goes wrong on a Saturday.

What it does

Service gets faster.
The admin disappears.

Table plans that match the room

Lay out your actual floor — booths, bar, terrace. Servers see covers, course timing and who's waiting on what without asking.

Orders straight to the pass

Kitchen Display replaces the docket printer. Nothing gets lost, nothing gets cooked twice, and timings are visible to everyone.

Order at the table

Handhelds mean fewer trips back to the till, faster covers, and fewer mistakes written on a pad.

Online ordering that isn't a third party

Takeaway and collection orders land in the same system at your own prices, without a marketplace taking 30%.

Know your margin per dish

Ingredient-level costing and sales mix show you what actually earns and what just looks busy.

Rotas, hours and tips

Clock-in, labour cost against live sales, and automated tip distribution that doesn't need a spreadsheet.

Square was named Best Overall POS System for Restaurants.

Which matters less than whether it fits your room. That’s what the free review is for — we’d rather tell you it’s wrong for you than sell you the wrong thing.

A day in service

Where the time
actually goes.

Most venues don’t lose money on the food. They lose it in the fifteen minutes either side of service.

01

Open — the floor is already set

Menus, specials and prices pushed to every device at once. No walking round updating four tills, no stale prices on the terrace.

02

Service — orders move without shouting

Server fires the order at the table, it lands on the pass instantly with the right course timing. Front and back stay in step at the busiest moment.

03

Bill — split, tipped, paid

Split by item or evenly, tip prompted automatically, card taken at the table. The party leaves without waiting on a bill run.

04

Close — the numbers are already done

Takings, covers, sales mix, labour cost and tips per person totalled. Money lands next working day and nobody stays late with a calculator.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Will it handle a busy Friday night?

Yes — and it keeps working if the internet drops. Square processes offline and syncs when the connection returns, which matters in cellars and old buildings with thick walls.

Can I keep my existing kitchen printer?

Usually. Square works with standard receipt and kitchen printers, and we'll check yours before quoting. If it isn't compatible we'll tell you up front rather than after install.

How does it handle tips and service charge?

Tips can be prompted at the card machine, pooled or assigned per server, and reported per person for payroll. Service charge can be set automatically by party size.

Can I take online and delivery orders?

Yes. Square gives you your own ordering site at your own prices, plus integrations with the major delivery platforms so those orders land on the same kitchen screen.

What if I have more than one site?

Menus, staff and reporting work across locations from one back office, and you can compare sites like for like. Multi-site businesses are priced on their combined volume.
